1. Eligibility

CodeBandhan is a private matrimonial institution for verified technology professionals and founders. Membership requires accurate disclosure of your professional identity, including a valid work email and verifiable employment or company details, subject to review under our Identity Vetting protocol.

2. Member Conduct

Members agree to represent themselves honestly, communicate respectfully with other members, and refrain from harassment, misrepresentation, or any conduct that undermines the trust of the community. Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

3. Verification Requirements

All members undergo Code-Level Verification (GitHub cross-check), Career Integrity Check (LinkedIn and work-email verification), and manual Identity Vetting by our concierge team before profiles become visible to others.

4. Application & Admission

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. CodeBandhan reserves the right to decline or revoke membership at its discretion if verification standards are not met.

5. Limitation of Liability

CodeBandhan facilitates introductions between verified members but is not responsible for the outcome of any relationship, meeting, or interaction between members. Members interact with one another at their own discretion and risk.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update this Code of Conduct from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
